Our first Beta Group in English: Fourth Week

<<< Back to index         <<< Third Week         Finale >>>

It has been an exciting week in the Kingdom of Computonia. What has happened this week? Let's see it!

Beginning of the Week

As King Computon proclaimed last week, the last week of the beta is a FREE JOUSTING WEEK. The Knights have not hesitated to take the chance: they took their bike-steeds and wielded their lances, and challenged to joust each other all over the week! This is how it went.. and let's see if something remains of them at the end of the week!

But first, Horde (the luckiest knight) was seen training in the Arena. Bit of a late minute thing, but good choice nonetheless!

First, Sigurd challenged Sir Canto to a joust, and they begin fighting! Some said Sir Canto's eyes showed some kind of weird, red glow. What secret spells was he using?

  1. On the first lance, Sigurd missed Sir Canto, but Sir Canto hit Sigurd with such vigor!
  2. On the second lance, both Knights hit each other! But Canto's strike was too hard for Sigurd, and he fell down of his bike, totally wiped out and with no energy remaining at all. It's GAME OVER for Sigurd for the rest of this week!

Sir Canto, as the proud winner of the joust, was awarded 3 Chivalry Points.

Sir Canto did not have the chance to get off the arena, because he was challenged by Bitman, and both went on fighting again! Bitman's eyes were also showing that mysterious, red glow.

  1. On the first lance, Sir Canto misses but is striked hard by Bitman
  2. On the second lance, Bitman misses but Sir canto gets his payback with a good hit.
  3. On the third lance, Sir canto misses and is striked again with great power by Bitman. Although Sir Canto seems in the border of collapse, he still remains conscious.

Bitman, as the clear winner of the Joust (as he striked the most damage) is awarded 3 Chivalry Points.

Next, Bedivere challenged Sigurd (the King Slayer) to a Joust, but the Slayer has been mostly Slayed previously, and Bedivere loses his chance to joust on the beginning of the week.

Finally on this part of the week, Sir Tunasub challenged Horde to a Joust!

  1. On the first lance, Sir Tunasub barely scratches to Horde, and Horde totally misses his opponent.
  2. On the second lance, Sir Tunasub misses completely, but Horde seems to have warmed up and hits Sir Tunasub.
  3. On the thirds lance, Sir Tunasub misses again, and Horde hits him again.

Although both Knights remained quite healthy and not that damaged, the technicalities said Horde was the winner, and was awarded 3 Chivalry Points. That is some good luck!

Middle of the Week

Just before the jousting begins again and the red sun rises, Bedivere and Horde trained their skills in the arena. They expected to to see some action for sure!

Bitman raced into the arena and challenged Sir Tunasub (from the lands of Anita Dumps) to a Joust!

  1. On the first lance, Bitman misses his opponent but Sir Tunasub strongly hits Bitman.
  2. On the second lance, both knighs run into each other.. but they just hit the air! Come on, Knights!
  3. And on the third and last lance, they just miss each other again. But a poor show of a Joust!

As the only one who managed to actually use his lance for something, Sir Tunasub was the winner and was awarded 3 Chivalry Points.

But he was clearly not glad wit the outcome, because he challenged Bitman himself to a Joust again! Come on, second chance!

  1. On the first lance, both knights, however mildly, hit each other. Now we are talking, Knights!
  2. On the second lance, they hit each other again! But Sir Tunasub's strike was obviously the most powerful, because Bitman fell totally unconscious, and he remained like that the rest of the week. Game over for Bitman, too!

Sir Tunasub was awarded another 3 Chivalry Points, this time proudly earned.

Finally, Sir Canto, despite his poor physical state, bravely (or maybe, recklessly), challenged Horde to a Joust. But the Joust was fast to end: both Knights hit each other, but the damage taken was too much for Sir Canto, who fell out totally done for the rest of the week.

This awarded another 3 Chivalry points to Horde, who had barely fought in this joust. Maybe he really is the Luckiest Knight, after all!

End of the week

Before the last jousts of the week take place, some Knights made some time to flirt with the noblebots attending.

Lying down in the stretcher, and with a titanic effort, Sigurd waved his hand to Lord Globaldus of Phase-loopingland. But being totally K.O. prevents him to perform a proper flirting. Still, this will compute as a flirt attempt in King's Computon calculations.

Sir Tunasub boasted about his last two victories on jousting to Lady Trurl of Mealy-Moore, but as the noblebot has being doing all month to almost all knights, she politely ignored the Knight.

Now, time for the last jousts! Sigurd, Bitman, or Sir Canto had planned to joust other knights this time of the week, but as this 3 knights are "out of service", they (or the knights who challenged them) didn't have the chance to do so. Their passion for jousting burned too fast this week!

Thus, the last joust of the month was between Bedivere (the One Armed Knight) and Horde (the luckiest Knight, so far). Ride On, Brave Knights!

  1. On the First lance, Bedivere hit Horde with a powerful Strike! He might have only one arm, but it is a strong one! Horde missed his opponent.
  2. On the Second Lance, both Knights hit each other with quite power! Horde, after enduring a lot of jousts this week, is showing a poor physical state right now, while Bedivere is still relatively fresh.
  3. On the Third Lance, Bedivere strikes again and, this time, Horde is totally knocked out! His luck finally ran out.

Bedivere is the winner of the last Joust of this month in the Kingdom, and is awarded 3 Chivalry Points.

At the end of the week, the Court commented that both Sir Canto and Bitman had not courted any Noblebot in 2 weeks in a row. How unfit for a Neon Knight! As usual, his Majesty the Computing King punished him by removing 1 Chivalry Point from them.

And it looks like the only Knights still standing up on their feet are Bedivere and Sir Tunasub. Everyone else is lying down on stretchers and aching miserably. Oh my, what a final week!

Then, the final Kingdom's Ranking ends like this:

  1. Horde, the luckiest knight with 13 Points
  2. Sir Tunasub from the lands of Anita Dumps with 11 Points
  3. Sigurd, the King Slayer with 9 Points
  4. Sir Canto the Battlemage with 8 Points
  5. Bedivere, the One Armed Knight with 6 Points
  6. Bitman with 5 Points

Also, as we are at the end of the month, King Computon converts the Chivalry Points to level up, and reset the points count (except if there are points left after leveling up, in which case the resting points are saved for the following month).

Remember that going up to level 2 takes 6 Chivalry Points, and going up to Level 3 takes another 9 Points (so going from level 1 to 3 in a single month requires, for example, 15 points). The levels finally are:

  1. Horde, the luckiest knight gets to Level 2 (and keeps 7 Chivalry Points)
  2. Sir Tunasub from the lands of Anita Dumps gets to Level 2 (and keeps 4 Chivalry Points)
  3. Sigurd, the King Slayer gets to Level 2 (and keeps 3 Chivalry Points)
  4. Sir Canto the Battlemage gets to Level 2 (and keeps 2 Chivalry Points)
  5. Bedivere, the One Armed gets to Level 2 (keeping no points)
  6. Bitman remains in Level 1 (keeping no points)

And the Flirting Ranking looks like this:

  1. Sir Canto the Battlemage with 100.00% success with 2 attempts
  2. Horde, the luckiest knight with 100.00% success with 1 attempts
  3. Sigurd, the King Slayer with 75.00% success with 4 attempts
  4. Sir Tunasub from the lands of Anita Dumps with 0.00% success with 3 attempts
  5. Bedivere, the One Armed Knight with 0.00% success with 1 attempts
  6. Bitman with 0.00% success with 1 attempts

King Computon's intention was to hold a full Final Tournament, but as only 2 Knights are standing, he will move to the final phase, which is a POEM WRITING JOUST.

Bedivere and Tunasub will have to write a song or a poem, and the rest of the knights will vote for a winner, who will level up straight to Level 3!

Also, as this is the last round, let's make the stats of each Knight public:

  • Horde, the luckiest knight is a Neon Knight with Level 2, Strength 9, Dexterity 9, Constitution 14. Right now he has 0 Stamina Points and 7 Chivalry Points
